I’m late posting my March and April recaps, because I just haven’t had much energy lately. I didn’t do much reading and reviewing in April due to health problems (chronic neck and shoulder pain really bad last month). And I have been avoiding therapy because I don’t know. I think I need to go back though. I’m not feeling very motivated to do any writing. I’ve been worrying too much and having all kinds of anxiety, and I haven’t been real interested in socializing. All of which means I’m depressed. Yay. I probably should see my therapist, but talking about my stuff (AND writing about it) seems so hard, seems like too much work.
